Anne Burrell
Anne W. Burrell has been a chef and television host in America as well as an instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education. Burrell hosts Secrets of a Restaurant Chef at the Food Network. Her signature spiky blonde hair and her pumped-up appearance, Anne Burrell eliminates the intimidation of restaurant dishes and reveals concise easy-to-master techniques for home cooks in her Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef. Chef Burrell was a student and worked at the top New York restaurants. He was also a part of Iron Chef America and the culinary landscape of Italy. While growing up in New York's Upstate region, Burrell became passionate about food and cooking. The Culinary Institute of America is where she enrolled after earning an English diploma and Communications diploma in Canisius College Buffalo NY. The Culinary Institute of America was a fantastic experience. I couldn't be more educated or accomplished in my studies. After graduation, chef Burrell spent a period of time in Italy studying at an Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners and working in La Taverna del Lupo in Umbria and La Bottega del 30 a one-Michelin star restaurant in Tuscany. In Italy she gained a deep appreciation and understanding of Italian culinary and cultural traditions. This is a huge influence on how Burrell cooks. Burrell is a well-known ambassador to the Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation. She has been on the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board that assists children with obstacles. As a speaker, Burrell is on the road to speak about her passion for food and her culinary career. Anne in all her experience in the kitchen, has declared that it's a pleasure to have the opportunity to share her passion for food with other people.
